We live in canada and bought a sylvan Mandaly last year.
The sale and delivery was absoultly painles. James and Chriss are steller. Recently we had warrenty issues. The service department is unbeleivable. understanding, and accomodating. Sylvan has stepped up and reembersed us for some of the costs. I beleive that the only reason we received anything is the reputation that your gang carries.

"On May 2nd while boating at West Branch I encountered a problem with the boat that I purchased in March. I called the store and talked to Kim and told her my problem hoping she could tell me what to do to fix it. Kim told me that Chris was at West Branch testing a boat and she would call him on his Cell Phone and have him come to where I was and help me out. Chris showed up shortly after the call, fixed my problem, gave me a couple fishing spots to go try and was on his way. That is what I call Customer Service. Don't think I will ever go anywhere else for my boating needs.

"Had the chance to ski the all new 214/X14 during the recent in-water boat show, hosted by this dealership, and what a great experience it was. The boat handles and ski's just like the tournament tested ProStar 197, only with more interior space. I would never have belived that MasterCraft could build a boat that serves the needs of the serious skiers as well as the family, but they have done it in the 214/X14."
