James Repasky: Customer Service, Sales, Mechanics… OH Yeah and Owner and President of Boat House Marine at Tri Lakes
In addition to fulfilling his lifelong dream of owning a marine dealership, James brings over 18 years of industry experience to the Boat House Team and loves it! Along with his wife of 4 & 1/2 beautiful years, Kellie. (James did once dream of being a NASCAR driver, however Amp just got their man!) He began his passion at the age of 16, working for Ron’s Marine, where he remained for 10 years. From there James moved south to North Point Watersports in Charlotte, NC for 2 & 1/2years, then returned to NE Ohio with Mid Ohio Watersports, where he had been for 3 years. James became a Certified PCM Technician in 1993 and a Certified Indmar Technician in 2000.
When asked what he enjoys most about being involved with the boating industry, James response is… “Friends..the ones I get to see all the time and those I have made from all over the country. And the way customers feel like family”
When asked for his best advice to a prospective buyer, James says...
“ALWAYS test drive before you buy! And compare like products to see what best fits your needs.
What does our BHM President enjoy doing outside of work...
NASCAR, Go 88! Speed is always good. Whether it is on a motorcycle or a boat. Chilling out on the lake with friends, or on his farm(where raising some cattle may be the next venture!) Working outside when it is nice and hot, or creating his own heat with bonfires.
What is your favorite restaurant or food...
Depends on the day, wings and beer are always good, but Italian is never a bad option either. With some days, a nice, big steak and cheesy fries are what is in order(just forget about that cholesterol for a moment!)

Kellie Repasky: Customer Service, Sales, Financing and Co-Owner
As the co-owner of Boat House Marine at TriLakes, Kellie wears many hats (the main one being Captain of the Ship, although don’t tell her husband James, we like to let him think he is in charge!). Kellie grew up around boats and has long had a love for the fun on the water. Although she admits that she does not yet know how to ski, however, has proclaimed that “THIS IS THE YEAR I LEARN!”
With over 11 years of customer service experience and having worked for both North Point Watersports and Mid Ohio Watersports, Kellie is very knowledgeable to the needs of boaters. Whether you are looking for a new boat, some accessories, or need help with financing options; she is ready to answer your questions.
When asked what she enjoys most about being a part of the marine industry, Kellie’s response…
“With boating comes fun, endless good times, and great memories.”
When asked for her best advice to a prospective buyer, Kellie says,
“Buying a boat is a BIG investment, so be sure to find the boat that is right for you and your needs. When you do make that purchase, be sure to have it serviced regularly and looking good, so that you can enjoy it for many years to come.”
What does the First Lady of BHM like to dine on...
Carabba's parmesan, chicken or eggplant, is always yummy! With a glass of good Merlot(of course!)
When you get time, what do you enjoy doing outside of work...
When the sun is out in Ohio-anything outside is Great! If there is a rainy day, scrapbooking can take up many hours. I enjoy spending time with my family, and actually, watching NASCAR with my hubby!

Chris Drabic: Sales,Customer Service, Mechanics and the Vice President of Boat House Marine at Tri Lakes
Chris has been a part of the marine industry since nearly the dawn of time (rumor has it he helped work on Noah’s Ark!). Beginning his career at the age of 14, Chris worked at Ron’s Marine for 22 years, helping to build the inboard market in NE Ohio. Upon the sale of Ron’s Marine, he made the transition to Mid Ohio Watersports, and had been there for the past 2.5 years. In 1990, he became a Certified PCM Technician and in 2001 he became a Certified Indmar Technician. In 2002, Chris proudly became a member of the MasterCraft Service Advisory Board, which, through feedback and suggestions, proactively works to insure that the boat you buy is backed by the very best service in the industry.
When asked what he enjoys most about being a part of the marine industry, Chris response is…
“Family.” “Boating is one thing that brings families together, and I love to see the joy that it produces.”
When asked for his best advice to a prospective buyer, Chris says,
“Take more time to enjoy your family and the hobbies you have in common as life gets busier, make the absolute most of the time you have in front of you!”

Don Weisend Jr: Service Manager, Customer Service, and Sales.
Don Weisend Jr. is the son of TriLakes founders Don and Shirley Weisend; the Service Manager and resident mechanic at Boat House Marine. If you ever wondered how the business began or just have a question about your boat that even the internet can’t answer, Don will know, although he is way too modest to admit. In a nut shell, if you ask Don to describe himself he says “I am honest and will work hard, the rest is optional,” and that truly does describe him and is a testament to the history of the business.
Don began his career at TriLakes in 1970 as a part-time mechanic after returning from the US Army and became a full-time employee in 1975. Don is a certified mechanic for Mercruiser, Volvo, Mercury and OMC and was named a Mercury Master Mechanic in 1980 followed by becoming an OMC Master Technician in the late 80’s.
When asked what he enjoys most about being a part of the marine industry, Don’s response…
“I truly enjoy working on outboards and trouble shooting. It is something that takes a long time to get good at and I pride myself in getting to the bottom of a problem.”
When asked for his best advice to a prospective buyer, Don says,
“The best price is not always the best deal.”

Debbie Sage: Customer Service and Parts.
Also on our Team is Debbie Sage. She has worked in the Marine Industry for twenty years! She spent fourteen of them at Trade Winds Marine and over five at Ravenna Marine.
She has experience working in several areas, like parts and accesories; financing, warranty, and, of course, customer service! She will always take care of our customers and their needs.
When asked what she enjoys most about being involved with the boating industry, Debbie's response is…
Customer care. "The boat sale continues long after a customer takes delivery. I enjoy getting to know customers of all ages, and listening to their boating and "fish" stories! I have made several friends through the years in this industry and have developed many loyal customers.
With so many years of experience, Debbie's advice to a prospective buyers is...
Always research that your dealer is a certified warranty and service dealer for the manufacturers they represent. If they cannot service the boat or motor they are selling, your experience may not be as pleasant. Shopping for service is as important as shopping for a boat.
