For more than 23 years, James has been working in the boat industry. His dream of owning a marine dealership came true when he, and his wife Kellie, purchased Boat House Marine in 2006.

His love of boats began at age 16 while working at Ron’s Marine. After gaining 10 years of experience there, James got a job in Charlotte, NC working for North Point Watersports. Missing Northeast Ohio, he returned home and went to work for Mid-Ohio Watersports. James is a Certified PCM Technician and a Certified Indmar Technician.

When not at Boat House Marine, you can find him snowmobiling or working on old cars. His newest project is a '67 Cutlass. James also loves spending time on his farm with his wife, Kellie, and their two children, Presley and Maverick. His favorite place to get away is Snowy Range, Wyoming.

James' loves operating his business because of his customers. "All our customers feel like family!"


Kellie Repasky

Every boat needs a captain, and Kellie is the captain at Boat House Marine. (Just don’t tell James.) As co-owner of BHM, she’s involved in all parts of the business from customer service and sales to customer financing.

Kellie has over 17 years of customer service experience. Prior to purchasing Boat House Marine, her boating industry experience included time at North Point Watersports and Mid-Ohio Watersports. She's knowledgeable about the needs of boaters and can assist customers with new boat purchases, accessories, and finding the right financing options.

Growing up around boats and water, her favorite vacation is any place with sun and water including her new favorite spot of Lake Norris in Tennessee. Kellie keep’s busy raising her two children, Presley and Maverick. She also enjoys photography and hanging out on the farm with her family.


Chris Drabic

General Manager, Sales, Customer Service

We're pretty sure Chris was born on a boat. He started his boating career at age 14 at Ron’s Marine. He spent 22 years there helping build the inboard market in Northeast Ohio. After the sale of Ron's Marine, he moved to Mid-Ohio Watersports.

Chris is a Certified PCM Technician, Certified Indmar Technician, and is a member of the MasterCraft Service Advisory Board. His favorite part of working at Boat House Marine is bringing families together through boating. "I love to see the joy that boating produces."

Chris enjoys running, weightlifting, and spending time with his family. He has one daughter, Faith. His favorite vacation spot is Florida.


Garrick Ochoa

Joining the BHM crew in 2012, Garrick started as a detailer and helped around the shop with little odds and ends. He started from the bottom and now has moved up to sales and is learning the ins and outs of the MasterCraft brand along with South Bay and Misty Harbor. He’s the all-around, get-it-done team member and always willing to help.

When not juggling multiple tasks at work, you can find him studying or doing anything outdoors. He enjoys mountain biking and working out. His favorite vacation spot is Michigan.



Don Weisend, Jr.

Don has been with Boat House Marine since 1970 after returning from the US Army. He is the son of BHM's founders, Don and Shirley Weisend. If you have a question about boats, Don knows the answer. (He’s better than Google!)

Don is BHM's Service Manager and resident mechanic. He is a certified mechanic for Mercruiser, Volvo, Mercury, and OMC. In 1980, Don was named a Mercury Master Mechanic. The favorite part of his job is working on outboards and trouble shooting. "I pride myself on getting to the bottom of a problem."

Don describes himself as, "Honest and hard working, the rest is optional." When not working on the boats, he likes cruising around in his corvette and truck.


Debbie Sage

Customer Service and Parts

Adding to Boat House Marine's industry experience is Debbie Sage. She has been working with boats for more than 25 years. Debbie worked at Trade Winds Marine for 14 years and Ravenna Marine for over 5 years. Her experience includes parts and accessories, financing, warranties, and customer service.

Debbie's goal at BHM is to take care of customers and their needs, which is the favorite part of her job. "The boat sale continues long after a customer takes delivery. I enjoy getting to know customers of all ages, and listening to their boating and "fish" stories!"

When not working, she enjoys anything outdoors including camping. Her favorite vacations were trips to Gettysburg and Hershey. She has two children and two grandchildren. (She’s a busy lady.)


Chris McFall

Service Technician

After spending a few years learning, Chris M. has caught on to the mechanic life. Learning from the best technicians BHM has, he enjoys finding the solution to customer’s problems. "It's never the same thing day-to-day so you’re always learning something new."

Chris has been married for almost four years to his wife, Kellie. If he’s not out eating Chinese food, he’s home playing with his daughter.
